HURLER
Copper Ale - 4.2% ALC - 330 ml can.
Our first beer, and still going strong. Just don’t call it a red ale! One for the malt lovers. Sessionable but with great malt-driven flavour from Irish and Belgian malts. Notes of raisin, a touch of black malt, Chinook for bittering and a Cascade for aroma.

LAIDIR
Robust Porter - 6.2% ALC - 330 ml can.
A favourite of the brewer, Láidir is deeply dark and malty with roasty chocolate notes and a creamy tan head. Beautifully balanced on the palate with hints of bitterness on the finish. Magnum and Cascade make up the hop bill on this one.

LAGAR
The Poddle - 4% ALC - 330 ml can.
Named in honour of our local river, the Poddle which meanders into the Liey and once formed the “linn” immortalised in “Dubhlinn”. This one is a crisp, clean, easy drinking lager made with Irish malt and Tettnanger hops.

PIPER
Amber IPA - 5.0% ALC - 330 ml can.
The Piper is our flagship IPA. Lovely malty backbone, bittered with Chinook and then plenty of Mosaic at the end of the boil, and then dry-hopped with even more.

GOB FLIUCH
DARK MILD - 3.8% ALC - 330 ml can.
The polar opposite of an IPA, with focus on the malt. Dark, but sessionable. Low bitterness but plenty of character from the malt; Crystal, Brown, Black, Chocolate, and Crystal Rye bring great flavour lightly balanced with Willamette hops.
